What countries do you ship to?

Shipping within Australia for all shop products is completely free. You can also opt for Express Post at cost. Here's the disclaimer: because we rely on Australia Post regular letter services, times are not guaranteed. Our handling times are 1 - 2 business days - the rest is time travelling the countryside in mail sacks!
We're happy to send to the rest of the world - but we do need to pass on that cost - it's $4.00AUD at the moment. Please be sure you're aware of shipping times from Australia and factor that in.

 

What Braille version do you use?

We use Unified English Braille (UEB) for all Braille products. 
Personalised cards with your message will be in UEB Grade 2. 
UEB Grade 2 includes contractions, word-signs, and various prefix/suffix letter symbols. It is a more complex form of Braille than each symbol representing a letter, and is used by proficient Braille readers. 
For younger or less experienced readers, please indicate GRADE 1 in your message and try to keep it short as it takes up a lot more space in your card.

What are the payment options?

We accept PayPal or Stripe for payments - we need to keep costs as low as possible to help you get the best value products. If you would like an invoice to pay by direct deposit, please get in touch.
